• Marble counter top
• Kitchen units in an oak veneer finish
• Lighting pre-installation
• Ovens, white goods available as optional extras
• Stainless steel sink

Bathroom

• Sanitary Equipment: prepared sanitary installation and all sanitary equipment in white “Ideal Standard”
• Walls and flooring in ceramic tiles
• Sink counter in marble
• Water heater

Carpentry

• Doors in brown wood
• Wooden or Aluminium Windows with single glazing

Flooring

• All floors and stairways with Egyptian marble
• Bathrooms and Terraces floors with Ceramics

General

• Structure: constructed from both plain and reinforced concrete
• Buildings: Exterior walls in Red-bricks, 25cm. Width. Interior walls 12.5cm widtt
• Exterior and Interior walls plastering with concrete according to standard specifications
• Exterior walls finished and painted in the colours approved by the Architectural office
  Interior walls finished and painted in the colours approved by the Architectural office

Electrical

• Electrical Installation: Install all electrical connections for the unit
• Sufficient number of Sockets (Outlets) and switches
• Install all connection ports for Telephone, Satellite, and Internet
• Prepare connections for dish washer and washing machine
• Air conditioning units in bedroom(s) and reception
